Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for conducting market analyses and research with a strong focus on trauma surgery and orthopedic innovations
- You develop marketing materials to support brand positioning and customer education, specifically tailored to surgical solutions
- You handle the planning, organization, and execution of marketing strategies aimed at increasing growth and brand awareness in the orthopedic sector, ensuring effective budget use and optimal resource allocation
- You work closely with cross‑functional teams to develop business plans for new and expanded product lines, including advising on pricing strategies and quality improvements to enhance service levels and product availability
- You contribute to strengthening the company’s sales‑oriented public presence by engaging with orthopedic surgeons, medical professionals, and industry leaders — e.g., through customer visits, trade shows, and professional events
- You cultivate partnerships with OEMs and medical device manufacturers to monitor, optimize, and further develop existing solutions in order to meet evolving clinical requirements
- Regular participation in surgical procedures and trainings on human specimens is also part of your role, helping you identify collaboration opportunities with third‑party providers and expand the company’s product portfolio
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in human medicine or medical engineering, ideally with a specialization in orthopedics and trauma surgery
- Alternatively, you bring experience in orthopedics and trauma surgery combined with a degree in economics or business administration
- You already have experience in product management, strategic marketing, or product development with a focus on orthopedic devices or surgical solutions
- You demonstrate a proactive, strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the dynamics within the orthopedic market
- Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with orthopedic surgeons, medical staff, and industry experts distinguish you
- A structured, independent way of working with a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork is as important to you as it is to us
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English and have extensive experience using MS Office, SAP, and CRM systems, completing your profile
