About the Role

With a key focus on customer and clinical excellence, you will work provide a range of technical and clinical support activities to surgeons and medical professionals within the public and private hospital operating theatre setting to ensure optimal patient and clinical outcomes.

Reporting to a local Regional Sales Manager, your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:

  • Delivering results in line with the business strategy for Arthrex’s market leading DEX portfolio products
  • Overseeing and managing key accounts in your sales region
  • Mapping out and converting leads to execute successful product launches
  • Actively supporting tenders and managing Private Hospital Group accounts
  • Using metrics and sales enablement tools to accelerate business performance
  •  Attending cases and provide clinical support for DEX procedures

 

 

About the Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or Surgical/Theatre sales

 

  • Exceptional team player, and a long term, relationship-based sales approach
  • Ability to think strategically and constructively challenge customers
  • Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
