This role will ideally suit candidates with experience in orthopaedic or sports medicine products. A passion for Sports Medicine, Arthroplasty, and Trauma, along with a desire to educate customers on products and procedures, will be key to success in this position.  

 

About the Role 

Working in conjunction with the Clinical Medical Education Manager, you will support the implementation of the medical education program. This includes delivering educational and promotional training initiatives, supporting the product development process, and engaging surgeon consultants in the application of orthopaedic and arthroscopic surgical solutions. 

This role is responsible for the curation, coordination, and clinical delivery of medical education programs in alignment with the Clinical Education Manager and Product Marketing teams. The position requires strong attention to detail, project management capability, and the ability to develop immersive educational experiences that combine hands-on laboratory learning with evidence-based didactic content. 

You will work closely with healthcare professionals and faculty to support their educational needs, ensuring the delivery of clinically relevant, scientifically robust, and procedurally focused training that promotes the safe and effective application of Arthrex products, technologies, and surgical techniques. 

 

  • Educate on the safe and effective use of Arthrex products and procedure-specific surgical and non-surgical techniques using Arthrex instruments. 
  • Provides support for all Medical Education Corporate Events such as Surgical Skills Cadaver Labs, Corporate HCP Courses and Faculty Forums.  
  • You will be responsible in teaching and communicating complex medical concepts related to Arthrex Products and Procedures, ensuring learners gain a thorough understanding of relevant human anatomy, pathoanatomy, biomechanics and pathology classification systems. 
  • Be responsible for assisting with Lab set up, breakdown and stock management. 
  • Responsible for collaborating with the Manager of Lab Operations and Rep Education on the curating and delivery of internal education for the commercial teams.
  • Be responsible for handling documentation in a compliant manner with applicable regulations. 

  

About the Requirements 

  • Bio-Medical Sciences, Clinical/Medical Industry Experience required 
  • Experience in Orthopaedic / Sports Medicine products required 
  • Training in project management or administratively complex duties 
  • Proven track record of successful event management or organizational skills in a medical field
