This role will ideally suit those who come from a Marketing Assistant/Associate background and have Event Planning/Management Experience. Alternatively if you're in Event Planning and want to move into Marketing this would be a great first step. Those with a combination of Marketing / Event Planning coupled with a relevant degree will be very well recieved.

 

About the Role

The Marketing Support Specialist, ANZ will be responsible for the optimisation of marketing projects, organization of events across the ANZ region, and supporting the administrative and marketing needs of the ANZ Product Management team. This will be achieved through the successful coordination of the planning and approval process across business functions and stakeholders. Creation and adaptation of marketing materials (localisation etc) and general marketing assistance to the Product Management team.

 

  • Assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns and events
  • Project manage the ANZ marketing assets
  • Assist in the marketing communication campaign planning for ANZ
  • Develop promotional and marketing assets
  • Support ANZ tradeshow activities and collaborate with different core teams witihin Arthrex (Medical Education, Marketing, Sales etc)
  • Process invoices and create/prepare purchase orders for the marketing team

 

About the Requirements

  • Demonstrated trackrecord in Event Planning and or Marketing
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Strong IT/creative skills with Adobe Creative or similar Graphic Design Software
