This role will suit somebody who comes from a strong Admin/Coordination background. You don't need to be experienced in contracts as this will be a role more focused towards the Coordination and Administration of Contracts and not the review/submission etc of them. If you like to cooperate across departments and help to influence multiple stakeholders and Administrative/Coordination tasks are your strong suit then this role will provide both local (Australia and NZ) experience as well as exposing you to APAC tasks as well from time to time.

If you have 3-5 years (or there abouts) in a administrative or coordination type position then we will teach you what you need to know about Contracts @ Arthrex. We already have a Contract Management System in place it will be your responsibility to help implement and administer it for Australia and region.

 

 

About the Role

This role will be responsible for the Administrative Implementation of Contract Management systems and processes across APAC for Arthrex. This will be based in French’s Forest NSW.

Reporting to Senior Director Global Contract Operations your day to day will incorporate a range of activities which include:

  • Support the Director of Contract Management in assessing the contract needs of the APAC organization and in designing and implementing systems as required
  • Create and maintain country-specific contract templates and monitor contract lifecycle management, signatories, and tracking of executed contracts
  • Act as a liaison between the Global Commercial Contracts department, Information Technology, Sales, Finance, and Customer Service regarding commercial and non-commercial contracts
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Contracts team and Customer Service to ensure accurate contract data across all CLM systems used within Arthrex APAC
  • Support the Global Legal & Compliance team in establishing efficient contract management processes and provide relevant analyses to support risk assessments and other compliance processes

 

 

About the Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Power BI if possible
  • Ability to clearly define ideas and issues, collect and analyze data, and draw valid conclusions; combined with strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to collect and document data in accordance with procedures and to apply basic mathematical concepts as required for the role
