How do you impact our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™ in your role?
I support our mission by introducing clinically innovative approaches into procedures to improve how patients heal. This enhances the care surgeons provide and the outcomes their patients experience. Seeing those approaches put into practice - and knowing they make a difference in patient recovery - is something I’m incredibly proud of.
What inspires you the most at Arthrex?
What inspires me most is the impact surgeons have on their patients’ lives. Being part of a company that continually drives innovation forward brings our mission to life each day. Hearing surgeons share how their patients are recovering is incredibly rewarding - a powerful reminder of why the work we do truly matters.
What is your favourite success story at Arthrex?
A standout moment was developing a resource that elevates how our representatives support surgeons during procedures. What began as a local idea quickly demonstrated its value, ultimately expanding across multiple regions. Seeing it grow has been incredibly fulfilling, especially knowing it contributes to better patient outcomes.
How do you describe the Arthrex culture?
The culture at Arthrex feels like a second family. When we transitioned to a direct business in Australia and New Zealand, we supported one another through every stage, creating a strong sense of unity across the team. Looking back, it’s especially rewarding to see what we’ve accomplished together since then. .
