We are seeking a Business Analyst II with a passion for identifying opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.  Individual will be responsible in participating and assisting in the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.  In addition, ensure that requirements are fully understood by all stakeholders before solutions are designed and implemented. 

 

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Engineering or related field required.  Individual must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience including data mining, analyzing, and reporting utilizing business applications/systems including ERP and CRM systems.  Experience supporting continuous improvement projects focused on cost savings required.  Advance Excel skills required.

 

 

Individual will be given the option to work from our headquarters in Naples, FL or our facility in Santa Barbara, CA.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to business goals and objectives through the development and implementation of solutions.
  • Supports process improvement projects by identifying areas of improvement, defining problems, and suggesting solutions.  Refers to policies and best practices for guidance.
  • Provide data to support the development of benchmarks of current and future processes against best industry practices. 
  • Collaborates with cross-functional team members for the successful completion of projects.
  • Contributes to the development of roadmaps of projects and initiatives for enablement of new capabilities. 
  • Supports projects via project management programs to ensure they are successful.
  • Supports business systems to identify technical functionality that aligns with the desired new business capabilities.
  • Supports training and processes to ensure compliance of all quality policy/system items that are applicable to the department.
  • Works under general supervision.
  • Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

 

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Engineering or related field required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience including data mining, analyzing, and reporting utilizing business applications/systems including ERP and CRM systems
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement projects focused cost savings required.

 

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Experience supporting the management of KPIs and analyzing metrics and providing recommendations.
  • Advance Microsoft Excel skills.  Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
