Arthrex is actively searching for a Product Manager - Extremities & Trauma to manage and lead our initiatives within the Core Metal segment under Distal Extremities. The successful candidate will build relationships with key customers and internal departments to help drive new product innovation and manage existing product lines. Excellent interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills along with five plus years or more of related experience and a bachelor’s degree are essential for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partners with Regional Leadership, Country Management and HR teams to design and execute organizational and people strategies and solutions that align with business objectives and a culture based on purpose, values, and human leadership.
- Drives regional HR programs and initiatives that enable leaders to manage people in a way that drives sustainable business growth while providing rewarding experiences for employees: recruitment & retention, performance management, development and engagement, and employee communications.
- Collaborates with regional HR leadership to establish and initiate the development, implementation, and auditing of regional policies and procedures as needed.
- Acts as a Coach and advise Leaders and employees consistent with company policies/practices, legal considerations, etc.
- Leads investigations and complaints of discrimination or harassment. Facilitate resolution of complex employee relations issues.
- Ensures fair and consistent application of company policies, practices and procedures that create and maintain a positive employee relations environment and help create the desired culture.
- Organizes statutory training as required.
- Drives regional diversity initiatives, employee development, employee engagement and other key development activities.
- Provide leadership, management, and development of HR employees. Creates a positive working environment to ensure high productivity, employee engagement, and performance, adherence to the company policies and upholding of Arthrex Proud values.
- Manages the regional headcount and HR investment budget. Establish metrics to track and report indicators of key HR processes and support data-driven decision making.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Management or Human Resources.
- A minimum of 10 years Human Resources management experience in talent management, performance management, recruitment, driving engagement and change management is preferred.
- Experience in the LATAM region; preferably in a Medical Device environment.
- Previous experience in people management and development.
- Previous experience in project and change management is desired.
- Previous experience with HRIS system, EC preferred.

Ability to analyze data based on workforce metrics, connect information from different sources and offer insights into business risks and opportunities, creating value to inform action plans and opinions, supporting management in making decisions based on facts.
- Customer-focused problem solver for all aspects of the workforce management process, from recruitment, onboarding, training, rotation to separation. Provides creative solutions to everyday problems and shows the ability to investigate and resolve complex HR problems.
- Project Management: Proven ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects, goals, or activities while meeting commitments and deadlines. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have excellent organization and follow up skills.
