Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company, with a strong passion and investment in Veterinary Medicine.  Arthrex Vet Systems is searching for a Sales Coordinator, to actively participate in the operations of our fast-paced veterinary sales department. The candidate will assist the management team in supporting key initiatives such as employee onboarding, sales process optimization, sales meeting management, and CRM platform management. This position will work closely with Medical Education, Sales Management, Product Management, Corporate Communications, and/or Marketing Department (and all relevant departments) to ensure Vet systems department objectives are being achieved. The exemplary candidate will build relationships with cross-functional team members, sales management, sales representatives, and surgeons and add value by pursuing creative and innovative opportunities to advance the success of the department. Excellent interpersonal and Microsoft skills along with a bachelor’s degree is essential for this position. The ideal candidate should also possess a background in the veterinary field and an enthusiasm for progressing medical care for animals.   The incumbent will work at our beautiful world headquarters in Naples, FL. Main Objective: 

To support key Vet Systems initiatives including but not limited to training & development, sales process optimization, CRM platform management, and team operations. This position will work closely with Medical Education, National Sales Management, Product Management, Corporate Communications, and/or Marketing Department (and all relevant departments) to ensure Vet Systems’ department objectives are being achieved. 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  1. Work directly with Sales Management, Product Management, and Medical Education to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process. 

  1. Assist with formulating strategic PowerPoint presentations to be presented to Senior Leadership, Product Management, Sales Force, and Sales Management teams. 

  1. Work with various departments to maintain accurate spreadsheets and databases.  

  1. Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Product Management, Travel and Expense, Medical Education, and other departments with communicating information or needs from sales team. 

  1. Work directly with sales team and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process. 

  1. Welcome and provide office tours or personnel introductions to surgeon and other customers during visits to Arthrex home office when necessary.  

  1. Coordinate and assist with Microsoft Teams and conference calls as needed. 

  1. Work closely with various business units; Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Medical Education when needed as the corporate liaison for the regional management teams.  

  1. Help support National and Regional teams’ calendars, conference calls, MS Teams groups, and team initiatives.  

  1. Assist in creating and distributing communications for the Sales and Product Management teams.  

  1. Work closely with Sales Team, National Accounts and Legal Department on requested contract language changes, negotiations with vendors and providers, and contract approvals or summaries.   

  1. Initiate field surveys to analyze and organize data. 

  1. Fulfill requests from Regional Managers as well as Product Teams by communicating memo information to sales force. 

  1. Provide business support for the Veterinary Sales team including but not limited to: 

  • Expense & Travel assistance for Sales Management  

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and phone calls for Sales Management  

  • Assistance with IT related requests and issues for team members  

  • Manage vendor credentialing process  

  • Provide additional administrative support for executive leadership and Business Optimization team 

  • Develop and maintain sales programs related to strategic initiatives 

  • Maintain updated agency profiles including organizational structure and territory alignments  

  • Assist with developing to be presented to customers, sales force, and sales management team  

  • Submit and coordinate sales meetings and events  


Education and Experience: 

  • BA/BS Degree required. Marketing or Business concentration a plus 

  • 3 years' experience in administration, marketing, or general office experience required 

  • Previous experience in the veterinary, medical, or zoological sciences is strongly preferred 

  • Previous sales support experience preferred

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills: 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft PC based programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project), fax machine, laser printer, scanner, copier, telephone 

  • Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint required.
