Arthrex is actively seeking a Unified Communications Analyst II who works directly with the Call Center but will support all departments within Arthrex. This person will be responsible for Unified Communication / Telecommunication hardware and software, which includes design, development, execution, maintenance, and troubleshooting. They will be the liaison with outside vendors for hardware, software, circuit, and equipment orders as required.  Excellent communications and analytical skills, strong technical project management skills and at least a High School Diploma will be required but a Bachelors’ degree preferred for this position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of Unified Communications / Telecommunication solutions and enhancements.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions, upgrades, and services for streamlining and process improvements.
  • Support of multiple locations worldwide (domestic and international travel may be required).
  • Implement, support, and test system patching, hardening, hardware/software upgrades, system updates, and break/fix activities on Unified Communications / Telecommunications equipment.
  • Interact with internal and external customer groups to perform necessary Unified Communications / Telecommunications configuration, MACDs or repairs.
  • Support of hardware/software maintenance to include troubleshooting, installation and upgrades for workstations and servers.
  • Solves Unified Communications/Telecommunications issues. Ability to work with other Infrastructure teams and vendors to trouble shoot issues.
  • Complete IT projects and end user support duties as assigned.






  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Unified Communications / Telecommunications required
  • Cisco certifications preferred, would require this to be completed within the first year on the job.


Specialized Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for the job required
  • Cisco training required
  • In depth knowledge of Unified Communications/Telecommunications operations, hardware, software, systems, and management
  • Experience in network and Unified Communications/Telecommunications applications
  • Project management and communication skills training preferred
  • Basic IT understanding of network topology, equipment, and terminology
  • Demonstrate a strong aptitude for technical understanding
  • Working knowledge of contact center
