Social Media & PR Intern

Please note, this position is located in Naples, FL and is eligible for limited benefits. The ideal candidate will be available from May - August 2021.

Main Objective:

To learn about the various aspects of communications with a focus on product-related campaigns, employee communications and content creation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with product campaign deliverables including social media and press releases
• Support employee manufacturing communications by maintaining editorial calendars and developing newsletters and emails
• Write articles for the employee manufacturing audience to inform and engage
• Support cross-departmental content creation and collaboration by facilitating photo and video requests

Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing required.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills required.

Be able to follow written and verbal direction required.

Strong writing and communication skills required.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
