This internship will analyze the systems that Quality and Regulatory use to track product data and collaborate with global stakeholders to map how that data use can be improved to support the global business.

 

This internship will run from May 2023 – August 2023. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Trace QA/RA data impacts across the global business.

  • Map out QA/RA systems and what data is maintained in each.

  • Look into system vs spreadsheet usage.

  • Propose improvements for data management.

  • Create process maps for QA/RA data management touchpoints inter- and cross-organizationally.

  • Process and procedure review for “Think Global” opportunities relating to data management.

  • Final Project Presentation.

  • This is an in-office position located in Naples, FL; it is not a remote position.

 


Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Information Systems or International Business. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Data Management.
  • Research and Presentation skills.
  • Interest in Global Business and Regulated Business.

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
