The Synergy Visualization located in Naples, FL is seeking an intern to assist with daily tasks relating to marketing communications support and product development initiatives for Nano Arthroscopy accessories. The successful candidate will be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering and will have excellent written and communication skills with the ability to present in front of customers.

 

This internship will run from May 2022 – August 2022. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

 

Main Objective:

To assist Synergy Visualization Team with daily tasks while gaining Product Management experience.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in the Go to Market planning and rollout for the NanoNeedle Scope Project.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials for the upcoming NanoNeedle launch (Website, Playbook, Playsheet, Brochure and Sales Bulletins).
  • Assist in continued development of Nano Arthroscopy Accessories
  • Marketing Communications support for key brands with focus on product positioning and material refresh.
  • Internal brand support for rationalization and new product launches.
  • Provide end of the month reports outlining work activities and project progression.
  • Attend and assist in sales and surgeon training meetings, and cadaver product development labs.
  • This is an in-office position located in Naples, FL; it is not a remote position.


Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Business, Marketing or Engineering. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Be able to follow written and verbal direction.
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations.
  • Ability to work with cadaveric specimens.

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
