Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking a Business Analystto work directly with Product Management, Supply Chain, Field Operations and Distribution. The primary focus is product lifecycle management including product launch and product sunset.  Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills are essential for this position.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Creation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, utilizing Power BI, to support product launch and product sunset. 
  • Accountable for the creation of monthly Operations Notes to communicate status of new product launches and supply constrained products to various departments. 
  • Assist in creation of KPIs and Metrics for product launches. 
  • Manage domestic and international inventory deployments to ensure business objectives are being met. 
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams concerning product lifecycle management strategies. 
  • Identify gaps to original product launch assumptions and make recommendations to Supply Chain and Product Management for gap closure. 
  • Act as a liaison between Product Management, Territory management and Field Logistics Services. 
  • Facilitate collaboration and improve visibility to drive effective communication with cross-functional partners. 


Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Management, Supply Chain, Computer Analytics or related field. 
  • Previous position in Pharma or Medical Device industry a plus. 
  • SAP experience preferred. 



Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: 

Intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction. 

Knowledge of creation and interpretation of Busines Process Mapping. 


Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills: 

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word, Excel and Vizio. Power-Bi, SAP-ERP software management, Fax; Scanner. 


Reasoning Ability: 

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. 


Mathematical Skills 

Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements.
