With a corporate mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™, Arthrex has pioneered the field of arthroscopy and develops more than 1,000 innovative products and procedures each year that support all aspects of orthopedics. The Media Production team in Naples, Florida (INC) is responsible for creating and delivering all video assets created at INC. We are searching for interns pursuing a Media Production degree to support the Media Production team at INC. The successful candidate will participate, contribute, and collaborate in the creation of our video assets with the Media Production Team. The individual will perform various roles in production and post-production and will be detail oriented in the execution of tasks assigned. The individual will also work within the requirements of their tasks to deliver results and communicate issues in a timely and accurate manner.


This internship will run from May 2022 – August 2022. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work at least 30 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.


Main Objective:

To work with and support Media Production in the creation and delivery of all videos produced.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Production Support and Post-Production Support

  • Grip work                                                

  • Video Editing

  • Project management                            

  • Equipment organization

  • This is an in-office position located in Naples, FL; it is not a remote position.

Education and Experience:

  • Progress towards a college degree in Media Production or in a related field required. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)
  •  Experience with video production and post-production editing required. 


Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.


Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
