Marketing Operations Support Temporary

Please note, this position will be located in Naples, FL and is eligible for limited benefits.  There is "Remote" work option.

Main Objective:

To assist the Marketing Operations Support team with keeping license costs down, improving end user experience with systems and data clean up.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Yearly Account Management clean up in Aprimo and Atlassian products to minimize licensing costs.
• Verify that current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are correct by identifying missing documentation and create new documentation as needed.
• Data clean up in Aprima and Atlassian to improve end user experience.

Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in a related field, preferably in Computer Science.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
