Technology is rapidly changing and our mission at IT is ‘Empowering our global partners through innovative and value-driven business solutions’. With that mission in mind, the HRIS Group seeks a self-directed IT intern with a passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The Intern will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with senior leadership. This internship offers practical work experience, an introduction to using software like SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and an opportunity to gain experience with the functional operations, work in a global set up. This internship will involve challenging opportunities, small projects, and interaction with HR, and IT teams. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the technology.


This internship will run from May 2023 – August 2023. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.


Main Objective:

To provide IT intern with valuable insight and experience into how a major IT project is deployed within HR. Our selected student will gain knowledge in implementation methodology and project management, data cleansing process, testing process and organizational change process.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Introduction to Arthrex and HRIS.

  • SaaS and On-prem Project Methodology.

  • Evaluating Data.

  • Data Transformation/Cleansing.

  • Testing process.

  • Work/troubleshoot Support tickets.

  • This is an in-office position located in Naples, FL; it is not a remote position.


Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably Business, Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)


Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Microsoft Excel experince preferred.


Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
