The Benefits Team is looking for an intern to assist with daily administration of benefits for all U.S. Arthrex companies. This includes auditing, invoice processing, special projects, and new hire enrollment inquiries. Excellent communication, technical and analytical skills will be essential for this position. 

 

This internship will run from May 2023 – August 2023. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work 40 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility.

 

Main Objective:

To provide support and assist with daily administration of benefits to all Arthrex U.S. companies. This position may also assist other areas of the Total Rewards department including Payroll and HR Data. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with benefit reimbursements and Add Individual Forms. 
  • Monitor and respond to new hire benefit enrollment emails.
  • Support department audits.
  • Assist with special projects for Benefits, Payroll and HR Data teams as needed.
  • This is an in-office position located in Naples, FL; it is not a remote position.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Progress towards a college degree in Human Resources or Business or a recent graduate required. (Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op up to six months from their graduation date.)

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
