Main Objective: The Exhibit and Event Data Specialist is responsible for providing pre and post exhibit and event analytics and support to those directly planning or coordinating, meetings and events internally or externally. Work with Exhibit & Event Data Supervisor as well as key internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent exhibit workflows and implementation of new business processes and integrated systems. Knowledge of corporate goals and objectives to ensure successful department reporting results.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Manage post-show reporting and dissemination of applicable conference leads to national and international agencies and territories.
  2. Monitor the Salesforce Lead Dashboard to provide detailed reports upon request.
  3. Assist Exhibit and Event Data Supervisor with ROI, attendance and statistical data reporting analysis projects for all conferences. including the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons Annual Meeting (AAOS).
  4. Develop content for the exhibits microsite on SharePoint for key conferences including AAOS to provide details and important announcements globally.
  5. Identify and analyze post-show data and expenses, identifying possible budget solutions and operational efficiencies.
  6. Assist exhibit planners with exhibit budgets working closely with finance and senior leadership.
  7. Collaborate with Marketing Analytics team to develop dashboards and reporting capabilities relating to Google Analytics, AXIS database and social media analytics.
  8. Work with leadership and exhibit data supervisor to create finance and exhibit SOP’s and best practices. Work on Cvent online templates and provide suggestions for customer and staff registration workflow improvements.
  9. Manage individual exhibit budgets with guidance from Finance and leadership.  Work with Exhibit Planning Team to optimize sponsorship spending bringing the best value to Arthrex.
  10. Work with Exhibit Services Supervisor on running reports in SAP providing detailed documentation of products, displays, and models shipped and utilized at exhibits.



General knowledge of industry practices, customer service, and standards. General knowledge of Exhibit and Event Data processes and best practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Cvent ,SalesForce, Meetings Data and Analysis systems preferred
  • Customer Service background
  • Coachable, team player, self-motivated
  • Beginner level in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook email experience
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with internal and external customers      
  • Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management       
  • Experience in Project Management with the ability to manage multiple projects/assignments concurrently



  • High School diploma or equivalent required           
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business Management or related field preferred; preferably in a medical device environment.
  • 3 years experience working in a professional environment, prior exhibit/event experiences preferred
