The Arthrex Communications Department, based at the company’s global headquarters in Naples, Florida, is growing and looking to add a Digital Communications Associate to join the Corporate Communications team. Main Objective:

The Digital Communications Associate will assist with the strategic execution and reporting of our digital ads portfolio, including Google/social ad tracking, development of digital ads reports and supporting other digital marketing and communications efforts. This role is highly collaborative and requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, while demonstrating both creativity and analytical thinking. Remote work option for the right candidate.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with Google advertising and social advertising campaigns in partnership with communications intake, marketing analytics, product marketing, web development and content teams.
  • Consult with stakeholders and cross functional teams on ad recommendations and opportunities.
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and competitive analysis to drive relevant traffic to web properties; define and build keyword themes and roadmaps for increasing quality organic traffic based on customer/consumer insight and data.
  • Serve as a technical administrator for all social media platforms and apps in relation to setup, tags, campaigns and conversion analytics.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams on the creation and maintenance of KPI dashboards; manage dashboard elements reflecting ad spend against budget to maximize growth and returns.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports on tech stack platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bitly, social vendors and other platforms as necessary.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports across several analytics visualization tools.
  • Report to stakeholders on digital campaign performance; make recommendations that continually optimize digital campaigns in alignment with performance goals.
  • Serve cross-functional roles within Corporate Communications as needed or assigned.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in marketing, computer science, business or related field
  • 1 year of relevant experience required
  • Medical device industry experience preferred
  • Google Advertising or Google Analytics certification a plus


Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
  • Google Looker Studio, Databox, SEMrush and SimilarWeb
  • Strong technical background, preferably in Google ads, with a general understanding of digital ads
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to various stakeholders
  • Experience working successfully with cross-functional teams
  • Deadline- and detail-oriented with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects/processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional time and project management skills
  • Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis
  • Working knowledge of regulatory, compliance and legal regulations and considerations when marketing for the medical device industry


Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • Macintosh or PC platform
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in enterprise marketing automation and social media software a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) a plus
