Please note, this position is located in Naples, FL and is not benefit eligible. The ideal candidate will be available from January 2021 - June 2021.

 

Main Objective:

The Data and Platform Systems Co-op will help support the integrated platforms with data management projects, new feature and enhancement documentation, lead processing, assist with tactical campaign execution and reporting of data analysis with various projects and initiatives. This co-op will rotate through three different departments: Corporate Communications, Agency Business Development and Global Information Services, and will give students the opportunity to learn Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud technology from an end to end perspective. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

Corporate Communications Rotation:

  • Process and convert new leads/contacts from all intake portals (website subscriptions, Medical Education events, industry virtual exhibits, etc.) and evaluate quality and accuracy of data.
  • Assist with managing new and/or updated subscriptions to Arthrex communications.
  • Assist with projects associated with data aggregation, analysis, reporting and monitoring of digital communications campaigns.
  • Support data ticket owners with list segmentation and processing requirements for all internal and external communications.
  • Additional digital campaign projects as assigned.

 

AXIS (Salesforce.com) Team Rotation:

  • Perform other data management activities as assigned which may include, but are not limited to:
    • Ensuring contacts in AXIS are free of duplicates and have current and accurate information.
    • Enhance basic contact information related to activities, notes, classifications, and additional key data.
    • Perform data management activities required to further segment our contact population to support the digital marketing and communications teams.
  • Respond to help tickets from users.
  • Research and close out integration tickets as assigned.
  • Assist the AXIS team with new component design and User Acceptance Testing.

 

Salesforce CoE Rotation:

  • Partner with the Salesforce.com Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) business analysts to draft components for prioritization and inclusion within the existing release schedule.
  • Work with the CoE support team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Assist with the scrubbing and preparation of data for bulk-load processing.
  • Traverse and catalog the modules and data extensions used throughout the system landscape.
  • Document user creation processes and assist with user access management.

Education and Experience:

  • Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably in Computer Science, Business Technology or Marketing/Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • A quick learner who can jump into projects and own them from ideation to execution
  • Deadline- and detail-oriented with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects/processes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Exceptional time and project management skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing best practices

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • Mac; PC; High proficiency with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
