The Arthrex Communications Department, based at the company’s global headquarters in Naples, Florida, is growing and looking to add a Communications Operations Associate to join the Corporate Communications team. Main Objective:

The Communications Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the execution of integrated digital marketing and communication campaigns and deliverables that support overall business objectives. This role is highly collaborative and requires strong project management skills and the ability to complete a variety of tasks as directed, while exhibiting creativity, initiative and analytical thinking.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage project requests across multiple stakeholder groups obtaining all necessary components for execution across related platforms.
  • Responsible for execution on corporate email initiatives including builds, testing, deliverability, scheduling, QA and reporting.
  • Responsible for execution of social media posts on all Arthrex channels.
  • Responsible for execution of various projects and tasks on other communication platforms including survey tools, link shortening, landing pages, reporting and others.
  • Evaluate performance and effectiveness of digital campaigns; collaborate with cross-functional teams on standardized reporting processes and create ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Process and catalog consent (web properties, medical education events, industry exhibits, etc.), and ensure quality and accuracy of data; data management for select campaign processes as needed.
  • Stay abreast of all industry trends, opportunities, and best practices to continually enhance how we communicate digitally with our various audiences.
  • Serve cross-functional roles within Corporate Communications as needed or assigned.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in marketing, communications or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing with strong knowledge of marketing automation and customer relationship management systems
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
  • Medical device industry experience preferred
  • Project management experience a plus

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentations skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales and technical project teams
  • Ability to be resourceful and handle multiple stakeholders with changing priorities
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Working knowledge of regulatory, compliance and legal regulations and considerations for the medical device industry
  • Foreign language skills such as Spanish and German a plus

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

  • Macintosh or PC platform
  • Proficiency required in Microsoft Office applications, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign a plus
