Main Objective:

To support internal and external brand alignment initiatives with a focus on merchandise procured by corporate, our agencies, international subsidiaries, onsite Arthrex campus stores, and Mainsail. Assist in functions related to the Arthrex Proud store maintenance and protocols as needed.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the brand alignment iniatiatives and special requests for merchanding and branded promotions
  • Represent the Arthrex Proud brand to internal and external customers
  • Provide an overall exceptional customer experience, while demonstrating a positive attitude
  • Locate merchandise efficiently, inform/inspire on products/brand selections, answer questions quickly and accurately, offer information regarding upcoming sales and promotions
  • Ability to converse and connect with internal and external stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs, identify trends, and evaluate the showroom/storage area with the goal of driving continuous improvement
  • Assist in the organization and cleaning of the sales floor and reset the showroom as required, while adhering to the Arthrex Proud merchandising philosophy
  • Support back of house responsibilities including ordering supplies, adjusting inventory, auditing inventory, organizing storage room, receiving and tagging product
  • Operate within the POS system (back and front end), which includes product additions, discounting product for sales, and updating barcodes
  • Work within SAP to receive merchandise, print barcodes, make inventory adjustments, check inventory, and confirm the delivery of new product
  • Maintain the annual sales/discount schedule and provide content for advertisements and other Marketing collateral
  • Assist with the new inventory selection process as needed
  • Monitor the Jira based “Merchandising and Branded Promotions” portal to review, filter, and resolve requests
  • Coordinate Arthrex Proud pop-up shops for approved events from planning through execution
  • Provide assistance to cross-functional teams as bandwidth allows

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of successful Customer Service experience required
  • 1 year of retail/merchandising related experience required

  • Quick learner that is able to easily navigate efficiently and effectively across multiple applications and systems
  • Able to courteously and professionally handle customer interactions, issues, and concerns
  • Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage the daily workload, while also meeting critical project milestones and deadlines
