Please note: This is a fulltime, summer internship that is not benefit eligible.


Main Objective:

Assist benefit team and AMI East employee relations teams with clerical duties. This would include filing, new hire and I-9 form processing, auditing and onsite event support.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Invoice processing
  • Filing documentation, new employee file creation, pulling term files
  • Auditing
  • New hire I-9 forms and e-verification

Education and Experience:

Progress towards a college degree in Business Management or Human Recourses Management required.


Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.


Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
