Main Objective:

Provides administrative support to the Sr. Global Director of Arthroplasty, the Director of Spine, the Sr. Product Marketing Manager and Arthroplasty PMs as needed.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and maintain travel and daily schedule of the Sr. Global Director of Arthroplasty and Spine.
  2. Coordinate, plan and administer meetings and trainings.
  3. Take, organize, and send out minutes from assigned meetings.
  4. Assist Arthroplasty/Spine Team and HCP consultants in creating and optimizing PowerPoint presentations.
  5. Welcome and provide office tours or personnel introductions to surgeon and other visitors during visits to Arthrex when necessary.
  6. Work closely with Customer Service, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales Optimization, Product Management, Medical Education, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and other departments with communicating information or needs from Arthroplasty team.
  7. Accept calls and fulfill requests from agency owners, arthroplasty managers, Business Development Managers, Regional Directors, and sales representatives for product information, sales promotions and other information
  8. Organize and maintain promotional, new product, and sales bulletin materials, which might include  PowerPoint presentations, surgical animations, surgical technique videos, scientific articles, sales education assets, and other information.
  9. Maintain databases and spreadsheets for all Arthroplasty and Spine Teams, including up-dating as needed.
  10. Submit expense reports for Director of Global Arthroplasty and Spine as requested.
  11. Generate and maintain assigned reports – both internal and field reports.
  12. Assist in providing sales performance and potential opportunity for responding to RFP’s.
  13. Track and report quarterly financial and sales performance for major competitors.
  14. Write draft follow-up letters to surgeons, Arthroplasty managers, and agency owners/managers when called upon.
  15. Develop and maintain updated database team presentations including those for BDMs and National Field Development.
  16. Naples-based, in-office (not remote or work from home) role.  Some travel required for certain sales and/or surgeon meetings (approximately 10%).
  17. Assist with creating PowerPoint presentations and graphic representations as needed.
  18. Assist Sr. PMM in executing Brand Reporting, Consultant Visibility, and Data Management initiatives.
  19. Maintain office supply needs and inventory.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree required. Marketing or Business concentration a plus
  • 2 years experience in administration, marketing, or general office experience required
  • Previous sales support experience preferred
  • Experience in the Medical Device field helpful

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, project, research, organizational and interpersonal skills with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in varied comuter systems.
  • Demonstrated expert skills in MS Powerpoint and/or other graphical softwares
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management.
  • Highly discrete individual who can handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

Expert in Microsoft PC based programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Project), fax machine, laser printer, scanner, copier, telephone, light graphic/design experience preferred
