AV Support Coordinator

Main Objective:  Coordinate with all key stakeholders to successfully support Medical Education meetings and events. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize and support presentation materials for all Medical Education events
• Point of contact for all presenters (employee, faculty or consultant)
• Maintain and support audio-visual equipment in event spaces
• Collaborate with Medical Education to collect presentations in preparation for all events
• Proactively test and troubleshoot provided presentations and materials
• Create web agendas used to launching presentations
• Maintain status and updates for assigned tasks in ticketing system
• Some travel may be required for select Medical Education events

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of hands-on experience working in event production or related audio-visual field required

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

• Excellent listening and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to identify customers concerns and address them in a professional manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in all versions of PowerPoint and Keynote presentation tools
• Proficient with both Mac and Windows operating systems
• Understand best practices for videos used in presentations (codec, filetype, etc.)
   

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac operation systems.  Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office products
