Arthrex is actively searching for a Cycle Counter Senior to perform daily cycle counts, resolve inventory discrepancies, and maintain records within our SAP System. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm located at our site in Ave Maria, FL

Main Objective:

Perform daily cycle count exercises for Arthrex Manufacturing Inc. and to assist in the process of finding and recovering missing materials. Establish success in researching excess materials and demonstrate the ability to generate, enter, and reconcile daily cycle count reports.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor inventory integrity by performing daily cycle counts to maintain established accuracy goals.
  2. Review SAP transactions to resolve inventory discrepancies.
  3. Generate daily cycle count reports
  4. Research and reconcile cycle count differences
  5. Enter cycle counts in SAP
  6. Generate daily Excess Material Report
  7. Research and disposition Excess Material Report
  8. Demonstrate the ability to generate and reconcile the daily Lost & Found Report
  9. Demonstrate the ability to generate and reconcile Pending Materials Report as needed
  10. Demonstrate the ability to generate and reconcile the 8010 Cleanup Report biweekly
  11. Use root cause analysis techniques to resolve discrepancies by working closely with manufacturing departments and Inventory Control Lead.
  12. Perform inventory adjustments in SAP to correct discrepancies.
  13. Report inventory shortage adjustments to Planning/Purchasing to avoid stock-outs, manufacturing stoppage, and customer backorders.
  14. Maintain records for inventory accuracy trends, inventory reconciliations, fiscal year-end inventory audit.
  15. Perform random receipt audits and advises Purchasing/Supply Chain of discrepancies.
  16. Monitor items with shelf life expiration.
  17. Identify potential areas for inventory discrepancies and reports to management.
  18. Maintain product identification.
  19. Follow workplace organization and housekeeping guidelines.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 4 years of inventory control experience required
  • 2 years of experience operating a Counter-Balance, Stand-up or Narrow Aisle Forklift preferred
  • Good computer skills with standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet navigation required
  • Experience with SAP or similar software (Oracle, etc.) preferred

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Ability to safely drive a forklift in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

Basic Stand-up, Narrow Aisle and Turret Forklift; use of RF Scanner, basic computer skills.

 

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

 

Mathematical Skills

Ability to comprehend and apply mathematical principles using a calculator to the degree required to perform the job based upon job requirements including addition, subtraction, multiplication, calculating percentages, and interpreting decimals.

 

Language and Communication Skills:

Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to clearly and legibly write and record data and information as required by procedures.
