Arthrex Manufacturing is actively searching for a Cleaning Tech I to work on the Second Shift. The successful candidate will clean products following Arthrex Manufacturing, Inc. processes and procedures ensuring superior quality is delivered to internal and external customers. If hired, you will be eligible for a $1,000.00 Sign bonus (minus appropriate tax withholdings). You will be paid the first $500.00 after completing your first 90 days and the second $500.00 after completing your first 180 days, if you are an employee in good standing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs In-Process & Final Cleaning and Passivation of products and components in accordance with work instructions.
- Performs terminal cleaning and daily housekeeping utilizing various cleaning and disinfecting agents.
- Performs manual device assembly.
- Ensures that workstations have materials needed to clean and package products in a timely manner in order to have continuous production flow.
- Completes necessary equipment setup, fixture ID, and batch traceability documentation with accuracy and minimal errors.
- Prints and applies Tags using printers for Work In Process (WIP) material. Verifies tags on all matches work order.
- Ensures the DHR (Device History Record) is complete and accurate, including all approvals, prior to forwarding the Work Order for further processing.
- Follows and executes work instructions with minimal errors.
- Provides input on new products, processes, fixture designs, and new work instructions.
- Notifies area Coordinator or Supervisor of any safety or production issues.
- Performs AQL inspection in accordance with stated inspection criteria.
- Ensures all departmental procedures and proper Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) and Good Document Practices (GDP) are followed.
- Promotes a safe work environment including the use of PPE when required. Communicates issues to management that could result in process delays and/or safety issues.
- Ensures employees are trained on all procedures and required skills.
- Adhere to all Quality System Requirements.
