What made you want to intern at Arthrex?
I first learned about Arthrex during one of my undergraduate classes and was enthralled by the innovative products they were making.

Biomedical Engineering with a concentration of Instrumentation

Working with various medical devices with respect to Research and Development

What were your responsibilities as an intern?
- Conduct verification testing for design and device life expectancy
- Study/ analysis of data for verification testing of medical devices
- Develop program for automated testing

How have your responsibilities changed now that you are a FT employee?
I now have the opportunity to work with research and development of new medical devices. I am also responsible for V&V activities for said devices.
What has been your biggest accomplishment as a FT employee so far?
Being part of various projects/ products
What advice would you give to students applying for an internship?
Never be afraid to give insight. It is important to receive insight from every single angle and is enriching both for yourself and the company. Make connections with people throughout the company
