Q: When does Arthrex recruit for interns, co-ops and summer associates?

     A: We begin recruiting in September for spring and summer opportunities and again in the spring for fall opportunities. Applications for internships, co-ops and summer associate positions will start to become available in September and can close as late as April.

Q: How do I apply for an internship, co-op or summer associate position?

    A: All of our internship, co-op and summer associate positions are posted right here on our Student Center. To apply, please click on the position of interest and follow the application instructions for consideration. You will then hear back from our Talent Acquisition team within two weeks.

Q: What are standard requirements for all internships, co-ops and summer associate positions?

     A: Candidates must be enrolled in school or a recent graduate. Students who have recently graduated are only eligible to work as an intern/co-op/summer associate up to six months from their graduation date.

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age to work at our corporate headquarters and at least 18 years of age to work in manufacturing.

Q: How do I know if I qualify for a particular position?

    A: A detailed job description is linked with each position including requirements and preferred skills/experience. Please review the job description to determine if you qualify before submitting an application.

Q: What is the duration of an internship, co-op or summer associate?

    A: Internships and summer associate opportunities start on a three-month contract. Co-ops are typically on a six-month contract (January – June or July – December), unless on a rotational basis.

Q: Can I apply to more than one internship, co-op or summer associate position?

      A: Yes! If you qualify for more than one of the positions available, it is recommended that you apply.

      A: It is recommended that you start applying to full-time positions three to four months prior to graduation.
