Job Objectives:
- Integrated inventory planning process that aligns to demand, supply, strategic and financial objectives
- Lead UK forecasting process to support profitable growth and exceptional customer experience.
- Gather, analyse inventory data and use it in a meaningful way to understand the root cause of inventory issues, mitigate BO risks and identify opportunities for reduction of write offs.
- Track and produce data relating to KPI's and provide insight into any identifiable trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead forecast reviews with product management, sales and lab team to accurately plan future demand.
- Regular backorder review, working with supply chain and product management to expedite deliveries and improve customer service.
- Maintain and validate safety stock holding policies.
- Plan loan set builds according to market insights and operational capacity.
- Identify inventory optimisation opportunities to reduce write off value.
- Collaborate with UK product management and Supply chain to combine data with insights.
- Regular reporting of forecast, excess stock, loan set performance KPIs.
- Proactively analyse and identify root causes of write offs, recommend data-based solutions.
- Deliver analysis on excess inventory to reduce the associated negative provisions in P&L.
The job holder also agrees to take over other reasonable duties which correspond to his/her abilities if instructed to do so by the management/supervisor.

Education and professional experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Or 3+ Years industry experience/knowledge
General requirements:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently.
- Apply knowledge and experience with minimal guidance for routine tasks.
- Excellent time management and prioritization.

Working Arrangements:
Full-time Monday to Friday (40 hours /week).
