Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager I&R, this position will be responsible for driving all aspects of the imaging business within the relevant region and leading associate team members including coaching.

 

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving forward the imaging business within relevant region. 
  • Achieve budget for the imaging business within relevant region.
  • Lead associate team members in relevant area, providing coaching and direction.
  • Support Imaging Associate Sales Representatives in their sales projects to complement their ongoing actions.
  • Identify and break into untapped, difficult and hostile accounts to significantly increase our sales pipeline and subsequent market share.
  • Exude an exemplary sales approach across the whole sales cycle to inspire and benefit the wider imaging team.
  • Work alongside other Imaging Sales Specialists on key projects to complement and add to the range of skills deployed, increasing our chances of success.
  • Contribute to overall imaging team strategy through deep understanding of field-based activities.

 

Education and professional experience:

  • Ideally degree educated. Relevant fields like medical, anatomy, sciences, physiotherapy or technology beneficial.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in surgical endoscopy medical sales.
  • Demonstrable track record of opening up, winning and forging long term partnerships with multiple target accounts in the capital equipment area of medical device sales
  • Possess exceptional sales abilities across the whole sales cycle.
  • Inspire internally and externally to champion Arthrex Endoscopy, our products and our ethos.
  • Deep understanding of specific surgical endoscopy market segment dynamics and ideally portfolio segment.
  • Ability to deliver clear and crisp messaging to direct reports, wider team and external stakeholders.

 

Working Arrangements:

Full-time Monday to Friday (40 hours /week) some weekend work on occasion.
