The Job
Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, the Marketing Associate will support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, communications and events across the UK business. The role will play an important part in creating engaging content, supporting social media activity, developing marketing collateral and helping to deliver campaigns that strengthen the Arthrex UK brand. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketer looking to develop their skills across a broad range of marketing disciplines within a fast-paced, collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Develop, schedule and manage engaging organic social media content, supporting paid social campaigns where required.
• Content Creation: Create marketing content including graphics, presentations, photography, short-form video and written copy for social media, email campaigns and internal communications.
• Marketing Collateral Creation: Design and coordinate marketing materials to support the UK sales team, ensuring all assets align with Arthrex brand guidelines.
• Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising and other marketing channels, including Google Ads.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to help optimise future campaigns.
• Event Support: Assist with the promotion of medical education events, congresses and sales meetings through marketing asset development and digital campaign creation.
• Internal Communications: Support the implementation of the internal communications strategy to ensure engaging and consistent messaging across the organisation.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to understand marketing requirements, develop creative briefs and deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
Education and Experience:
• A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years' experience in a marketing, communications or digital marketing role.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience using Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and events.
• Exposure to Google Ads, paid social media advertising or other digital marketing platforms is desirable.

• Basic photography, video filming and editing skills.

• Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Working Arrangements:
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
