The Job


The Lab Clinical Specialist will support Arthrex Ltd to ensure we are giving Surgeons, Theatre staff and our growing sales force the best professional training and support for them to be able to use our products effectively.  

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

 

•    Support Specialist in the ArthoLab covering Arthrex procedures and surgeon support.
•    Supporting surgeons by training them and being available during all ArthroLab events.
•    Work collaboratively with ArthroLab staff to ensure effective planning for all activities i.e. im-plants and agendas.
•    Deliver training days as part of the UK New Starter training programme.
•    Managing expectations of all lab stations to ensure exceptional learning is achieved. 

 


Education and professional experience:

 

•    Degree in Sports Medicine, Adult Education or other relevant. 
•    Experience in a clinical/theatre role, ideally focusing on Orthopaedics.
•    Orthopaedic sales representative looking to develop into a medical education role.
•    Ability to manage relationships in all levels with HCP guests and internal staff. 

 

General requirements:

 

•    Ability to prioritise workload.
•    High level of competency in the human anatomy and ability to learn continuously with accu-racy.
•    Strong surgical understanding.
•    Strong team player who works well in a fast-paced environment.
•    Ability to teach both in the ArthroLab or in the classroom.
•    Skilled in Power Point

 

Working Arrangements:


Full-time Monday to Friday between 8:30am 

 

Based at the Arthrex Ltd office and Lab site in Solihull.

 


Compensation and Benefits:


Competitive salary based on level of experience. 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, contribu-tory Pension scheme, medical cash back plan, group income protection and life assurance.
