Main Objective:  The main purpose of this position is to provide marketing support and contribute to the overall smooth operations of the marketing department.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare and organize weekly and monthly reports on product performance, market activities, and business updates.
    • Routinely process service reports and follow up with distributors to complete missing information.
    • Maintain marketing documentation and support compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.
  2. Marketing Materials & Content Development
    • Assist in the creation and localization of promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and newsletters, in alignment with global brand guidelines.
    • Prepare product manuals, training materials, and marketing content for distributors and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  3. Event & Training Coordination
    • Support the planning and execution of marketing events including medical congresses, exhibitions, and workshops.
    • Coordinate schedules and logistics for distributor training sessions and product education programs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Medical Education, Customer Service, Supply Chain) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of events and training.
  4. System & Data Management
    • Maintain and update customer and distributor databases using internal systems (e.g., SAP).
    • Manage marketing assets through the internal Marketing Resource Management (MRM) system.
  5. Administrative & Operational Support
    • Process invoices and prepare purchase orders for marketing-related activities.
    • Track marketing team expenses and project progress, and report accordingly.
    • Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure marketing projects and campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Provide administrative support and foster effective collaboration across departments and teams.

 

Education and Experience:

  • BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in event coordination, marketing material development, and cross-functional collaboration
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is considered as advantage. 

 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • Proficiency in document preparation and report organization using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Proven project management abilities
  • Basic English communication skills to understand brand guidelines and handle emails.
  • Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Ability to multi tasks and attention to details
  • Flexible, responsive and work well on one’s own initiative.
