I bring Arthrex innovations to market in ways that strengthen surgeons’ decision-making and elevate the care they deliver. When innovation is introduced with clarity and purpose, it empowers surgeons to perform at their best and directly influences patient outcomes. Being part of that chain of impact is what drives me.  

What inspires you the most at Arthrex?

What inspires me most is Arthrex’s One World, One Team spirit. There’s a strong sense of belonging to something bigger – a global community that shares knowledge openly, respects each other’s expertise and moves with a unified purpose. It reminds me that what I contribute locally supports a much broader effort to improve patients’ lives around the world. 

What is your favourite success story at Arthrex? 

One of the proudest moments in my career was bringing a new innovation to market. It brought together collaboration, clinical insight, and a shared commitment to advancing patient care. Seeing surgeons use it with confidence - and knowing it will benefit thousands of patients over time - is something I’ll carry with me throughout my career.
