How do you impact our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™ through your role?  

As Product Marketing Manager, I impact Arthrex’s mission by developing product marketing strategies and tactics to promote our products, as well as provide tools for sales representatives. Additionally, one of my key responsibilities is to manage interactions with surgeons and help them understand the safe and effective use of Arthrex’s products and how they help patients.
I’m truly passionate about understanding all Arthrex’s products and procedures, which helps me be confident when discussing our innovations and how they impact our customers and their patients. I always try to tie my conversations back to our mission and remind our surgeons that we are here to help them help their patients. 

What inspires you the most at Arthrex?

I am most inspired by Arthrex’s innovations. Our product portfolio allows me to provide better solutions, which inspires me to keep reaching further. It is a great honour for me to work as a Product Marketing Manager at this great company. 

What is your favorite success story at Arthrex? 

There have been so many events and successes since I joined Arthrex Korea but my favourite success story was setting up the Arthrex Korea Tissue Bank facility to distribute allografts. This project was successful because of many different departments collaborating and strong teamwork. 

How do you describe the Arthrex culture? 

The culture at Arthrex is all about the team. We care about each other and respect the differences and uniqueness we each possess. As a people-oriented organisation, Arthrex cares about its employees and recognises that a successful business is built on the foundation of successful employees. I was lucky to join Arthrex five years ago when I decided to change my career path. This pushed me out of my comfort zone and into a whole new area of health care. It has been challenging and tested me in new ways, but I have great colleagues who support me. I am a much better version of myself than I was five years ago, and I thank Arthrex for helping me become this version of myself.
