How do you impact our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™ in your role?  

 

As a District Manager, my role is to communicate accurate information about products, surgical techniques and post-treatment to surgeons. I speak with many surgeons daily to ensure this information is relayed accurately and in a timely manner. I enjoy and take pride in carrying out my duties for Arthrex.  

What inspires you the most at Arthrex?

 

I am continuously inspired by Arthrex. The company is constantly generating new ideas and developing them into innovative products and procedures to help surgeons and patients. I am always pleased to introduce them to surgeons and distributors.

What is your favorite success story at Arthrex? 

 

My favourite success story was being awarded the Top Sales of the Year award by Arthrex Japan in 2018. I was extremely grateful for the support I received from the entire company in achieving this accomplishment. I will have to work even harder to achieve this again, but I already have great products, a great company and a great team.

How do you describe the Arthrex culture? 

 

I find the Arthrex culture to be one that welcomes change. The company embodies the “How can we make it better?” approach, and I feel that we are always improving. This makes Arthrex a great company to work for.

Since Arthrex has developed so many advanced technologies and innovations, it is impossible to be unaware of our values and I am inspired by them every day. To embody these values, I adopt the company mindset of considering others and what is best for them. I always ask myself what product or technique will be the most effective. I focus on the solutions that will be most helpful to the surgeon and achieve the best result for their patient. I have been able to think this way since joining Arthrex.
