To support our sales department, we are looking for:
Sales Manager VetSystems EMEA (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Drive and expand sales activities for the Veterinary product division within the EMEA region
- Lead and develop the VetSystems department and its team members
- Support the Head of Sales Bio/VetSystems EMEA with international strategic initiatives
- Conduct market and potential analyses to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies, targets, and action plans
- Establish and maintain relationships with international partners (agencies, distributors
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and monitor performance through effective controlling
- Collaborate with Inside Sales and Marketing to organize trade fairs, workshops, and training sessions
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Continuously improve internal processes and communication workflows
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration (or equivalent qualification)
- Several years of experience in international sales, ideally in a similar industr
- Leadership experience and strong team management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP and CRM systems
- Strong customer orientation and service mindset
- High level of initiative, reliability, and structured working style
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and confident demeanor
- Analytical thinking and strategic mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Knowledge of relevant markets or willingness to acquire it
