Working Student (m/f/d) - Sustainability Data Management
Your Tasks
- Participate in analyzing and evaluating national and European sustainability requirements and regulatory guidelines, such as CSRD and Energy Efficiency Law
- Contribute to building an effective sustainability data management system and improving data quality through automation and digitalization using tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, AI, or other
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of sustainability metrics and KPIs
- Assist in defining and implementing action items related to energy management if possible

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in sustainability or energy management
- Currently pursuing a master's degree with a similar focus
- Knowledge and first experience in data modeling and automation (e.g., with Power BI, Power Automate, AI, others)
- Initial work experience (e.g. as a working student) in sustainability and energy management (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with environmental management systems (e.g., EMAS, ISO 14001) is a plus
- Proficient PC user skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- Analytical and solution-oriented working style
- Team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
