Your Responsibilities
- Editing and delivery of video assets for Arthrex, including case studies, surgical techniques, tutorials, product demonstrations, and promotional videos
- Creative editing of multimedia content in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, using footage, graphics, music, sound effects, and additional audiovisual elements in alignment with Arthrex’s corporate standards
- Importing, transferring, and ingesting media into designated workspaces, as well as performing quality control on all recorded material
- Structured organization of footage, sequences, and titles across all Adobe Creative projects (Premiere, After Effects)
- Close collaboration with producers and internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions and recommendations
- Editorial and technical collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and Medical Education to produce high-quality training and educational videos
Your Profile
- Several years of relevant professional experience in video editing or a comparable qualifying education with corresponding hands-on experience
- Strong practical experience in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in post-production workflows
- Ability to independently analyze and resolve issues of moderate complexity
- Experience troubleshooting basic technical issues within the Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Structured, self-driven working style with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet varying deadlines
- Very good German & English skills
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with interdisciplinary and diverse teams
- Flexibility and willingness to work late and/or over weekends, if required due to project demands
