To support our department Information Technology in Munich, we are currently offering a position as

Senior SAP Business Solution Analyst Sales & Distribution (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• You will act as the contact person for our Customer Service and Global Trade department and take on requirements for changes, extensions and new projects in this role
• You proactively advise the department on new solutions and optimizations, e.g. by benchmarking existing processes with best practice processes
• You are responsible for the technical and functional design of SAP solutions in the areas of Customer Service & Global Trade and work on the development and implementation of COE standards and processes
• You will help develop a roadmap for the relevant Customer Service and Global Trade projects and initiatives in coordination with the specialist department and as part of the global IT strategy
• You act as a project manager for small & medium sized projects and carry them out independently and support the management and guidance of external service providers

 Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics or business administration with a focus on information technology or alternatively IT training with relevant additional qualifications
• You have many years of practical experience and excellent knowledge of the SAP SD module
• You have practical experience and excellent knowledge in the areas of EDI and/or Variant Configuration
• Ideally, you will also have experience with S4/HANA and exposure to other SAP applications/modules such as SAP GTS, CS, FI, MM
• A very good command of written and spoken English round off your profile
