To support our sales department, we are looking for:
Sales Manager VetSystems Germany / Key Account EMEA (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Responsible for establishing our veterinary business and further developing the department within the EMEA regions in collaboration with management
- Disciplinary and professional responsibility for a current sales team of four in Germany
- Support our EMEA sales staff in developing our customer relationships
- Maintain contacts with key customers and other relevant professional associations, and expand our customer network within the EMEA regions
- Develop relationships and commercial offerings with Corporate Buying Groups
- Identify and develop market potentials in the relevant countries of the EMEA economic area and implement growth-oriented sales strategies
- Develop an EMEA sales concept within the team for renewed Arthrex products in the veterinary sector
- Work closely with colleagues from marketing and sales, e.g., in organizing trade fairs, workshops, and training sessions, as well as participating in trade fairs and events
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies or commercial/medical training
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the medical technology sector
- Market knowledge and understanding of the industry’s challenges
- Ideally, good product knowledge or the willingness to proactively acquire this knowledge
- Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
- English and German skills on business negotiation level
- High willingness to travel internationally with multi-day overnight stays
- Knowledge of CRM programs and SAP is an advantage but not a must
- Place of residence should be Germany or willing to move
