Main Objective:
The main objective of a Sales Representative is to ensure maximized revenue growth of assigned company products and services through effective management of regional sub dealers and KOLs in assigned sales territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Instructs sub-dealer to create a plan to achieve objectives through sales and servicing all accounts in assigned sales territory.
- Initiates contact and schedules appointments with potential new customers.
- Makes regular visits to customer locations to gather information on orders and market conditions.
- Identifies customer needs and recommends new products to address them.
- Follows up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains sales forecast and submits to management.
- Prepares sales reports and documents as required.
Education and Experience:
- 4-7 years related working experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
