How do you impact our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™ in your role??  

As a Product Manager, I spend much of my time conducting market research, identifying market trends and collecting marketing information. This information helps me identify surgeon needs and to pinpoint the markets to target with marketing strategies and key projects. 

 

What inspires you the most at Arthrex?

The mission statement of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better™ inspires me daily. It helps me remember and know that I am helping surgeons and patients every day I am at work, and I enjoy knowing my work makes a difference in people’s lives. It gives me great pleasure knowing that surgeons can use our innovative products and surgical methods to allow patients to return to normal activity and a higher quality of life. 

 

What is your favorite success story at Arthrex? 

My favourite success story is when I was new to Arthrex, I was honoured to participate in the Train the Trainer course through the Learning and Development team where I was in the role of the trainer. With significant support from my supervisor and colleagues, I completed it successfully and received recognition and appreciation from all the trainees in the session. The participants’ enthusiasm and inclusion were not only my biggest success, but the experience encouraged me to continue improving my knowledge in areas I am less confident about.  

 

How do you describe the Arthrex culture? 

Arthrex’s family-oriented culture is a work environment that is supportive, collaborative and pleasant, which always makes me want to be even better. This kind of culture has provided me with an excellent working foundation, but has also been a growth platform where my colleagues and I can achieve targeted goals and grow stronger in our abilities and roles.
