I impact our mission by deeply understanding clinical needs and matching them with the right solutions. I organise regular training sessions so our team feels confident and current in their product knowledge. Through close teamwork, thoughtful use of resources and expanding clinical coverage, we turn our mission into meaningful action every day.  . 

What inspires you the most at Arthrex?

What inspires me most is how collaboration and innovation come together at Arthrex. Our product advancements, open knowledge-sharing culture and supportive teamwork help me grow and continually elevate my performance. Working with colleagues who share this spirit allows us to create real value for medical progress together. 

What is your favourite success story at Arthrex? 

What I’m most proud of is working with my team to bring meaningful innovations to a community that truly needed them. We took the time to understand the hospital’s clinical needs, provided focused training and supported the transition every step of the way. After implementation, surgeons shared that the changes were improving their efficiency and the overall flow of their procedures. Knowing that our efforts helped deliver high-quality care to an underserved community remains one of the most defining moments of my career.
